from The Magic Stone PLAYBILLWhat happens between the ages of 7 and 70? It seems to me that for many of us our imaginations get whisked away from us before we’re 7 and mysteriously restored much later in life. But what about those of us...the majority of us, in between? To me, the wisdom in our society lies in these two ends of the chronological spectrum: The very young and the elderly. But who’s running our world? Not our elders. Not our children.I feel that this is the essence in the magic stone. Reclaiming our innocence and imagination. We CAN have it all. We can have the innocence and simplicity of childhood — and the wisdom and perspective of our elders. We’re supposed to have it all, so we can give it all.And why not.Life’s short bucko.-Michael Mish
